The Dohrmann family operated Dohrmann Hotel Supply; the largest global resort-outfitting firm now owned by Holiday Inn. The family also owned the Emporium store chain from the 1800’s, as one of the larger department store chains forging the history of the West Coast market place.


Berny’s father, Alan Dohrmann, was a corporate trainer who was sought out by such notables as Napoleon Hill, Earl Nightingale, Walt Disney, Warner Earnhardt, John Hanley, Thomas Willhite, Bucky Fuller, Dr. Edward Deming and Jack Kennedy. Berny grew up with amazing mentors as one of nine children raised in Marin County California


Mr. Dohrmann was mentored by the man who pioneered oil tanker funding in the 1960’s and 1970’s, George Witter of Dean Witter when the brokerage firm was a family owned San Franciscan firm, and Peter Ueberroth former commissioner of Major League Baseball, and currently Chairman of the Contrarian Group, Inc.


In his first twenty years, Mr. Dohrmann was Chairman of a public institution heading up global investment firms, supervising thousands of licensed professionals operating in fourteen countries. Berny sold his firm to take care of his terminally ill father and later finished the brain research he and Berny started, thus creating a product known as Super Teaching. Super Teaching is showcased during CEO Space’s weeklong business growth conferences, 5 times a year.


Mr. Dohrmann resides with his wife September and two children in the Tampa Bay area of Florida.

In 1977, with an $80 loan from his father, Rick Forman began his retail career selling t-shirts, sweat-shirts and sportswear in local flea markets on weekends.


The business expanded rapidly to become one of the biggest flea market operations and in 1981 Rick opened the first Forman Mills Clothing store in an old alleyway on Frankford Avenue in Philadelphia. After Patricia helped Boeing’s C-17, $200 million air transport, win the coveted Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award, she spoke at numerous conferences, including a two-week speaking tour in New Zealand. As Chairman of the Board of the non-profit, Long Beach Leadership Association, she developed programs for the 1200 member association. As a mid and senior management executive Patricia led major projects and organizations involving teams of customers, executives, engineers, suppliers, and production staff to meet customer and corporate objectives using high standards of performance. She has numerous company awards including the prestigious Gold Eagle for quality excellence.


After many years of dedicated service, Patricia retired from Boeing in 2015 to join her husband, Larry Cabaldon in running Boardroom Performance Group, the company they co-founded in 2008 to provide performance tools for private companies, startups, public boards, non-profits, and ministries to achieve more of their goals.


She contributed to the book “God in the Boardroom: Why is Christianity Losing Market Share?” and the companion Personal Action Guide. Patricia and Larry created and teach the MyJesusPlan seminars for universities, churches and small groups.


In addition to her professional career, Patricia counseled women in need as a Stephen's Minister using Christian counseling and led small groups at her church. She is an advocate for women in business and the Kingdom.


She is a speaker and conference developer on topics such as the new breed of directors, leadership, quality excellence, program and project management, and effective teaming.

Patricia resides in Orange County, California with Larry, her husband of 19 years. She is blessed to have three adult step-children, Christopher, Dylan, and Lauren.





Pastor Jim Ricci – The Church of Grace and Peace

 Pastor Jim Ricci has been the Church Administrator at The Church of Grace and Peace in Toms River, NJ since March of 2007. Pastor Jim is a graduate of Nazarene Bible College with a degree in Biblical Studies and a minor in Pastoral Counseling. He also studied N.T. Greek at the New York School of the Bible. He has served as a pastor for 12 years in Colorado, Alaska, North Dakota, and New Jersey. Pastor Jim spent 12 years in the corporate arena in the Banking Services and the Insurance Industries. He is also a certified Corporate Trainer, and worked as a Speaker Trainer in the pharmaceutical industry. In July of 2012 Pastor Jim received his Certification as a Church Administrator (CCA) at Union Theological Seminary from the National Association of Church Business Administrators (aka The Church Network). He currently teaches at GAP’s Institute of Biblical Counseling & Institute of Biblical Studies (IBS) as well as the Wagner Leadership Institute. He has also taught in GAP’s Adult Sunday School. In 2016 Pastor Jim released his first book, “God Crosses Burnt Bridges: Maintaining the Most Important Relationships in Your Life.” Subsequently he has launched a blog by the same name www.GodCrossesBurntBridges.com.


Pastor Jim is a member of the Mission Board at Grace and Peace and is also a Trustee Board Member for Jersey Shore United. Additionally he serves as a leader for The Church Network serving on their Development committee.


Pastor Jim has been happily married to his wife, Anna, for thirty-three years. They are the proud parents of a daughter, Bethany, who is a Missionary currently serving in Davao City, Philippines with Fire International. He also enjoys painting, golfing, and finding more to do!
